(AAA) — Lacquers cut from the original analog master tapes by Bernie Grundman at Bernie Grundman Mastering. Originally mastered for and released by Classic Records in 1994.

Note: the first pressing of the 2016 Analogue Productions edition was made from then-new lacquers cut by Willem Makkee. However, this appears to have been a mistake.

Analogue Productions decided for this reissue to press from the Bernie Grundman parts that were used earlier for the Classic Records edition.
